Thenceforth, in 1994, “C.M. Consultoria Empresarial”, in Porto Alegre – RS, was first established, with the objective of providing accounting outsourcing and consulting services. Its founding partners are Carlos Alberto Saweryn and Marcelo de Deus Saweryn. In 2001, in order to meet the new needs of its clients and the market, the company got a new focus, with the incorporation of assurance services, tax consulting and administrative and financial services outsourcing in its portfolio. Also, at this moment, the Company is now called SAWERYN & Associados Auditores Independentes.
Since then, SAWERYN has been consolidating its position in the accounting audit market in Rio Grande do Sul and Brazil, providing high quality services and maintaining itself as a great business partner of its clients.

Marcelo de Deus Saweryn
Marcelo de Deus Saweryn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and a post-graduate MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been auditing and consulting in the areas of auditing and tax consulting for 23 years, 12 of them in one of the largest companies The Pricewaterhouse, with extensive experience in national and multinational clients, an expertise that continues to grow with the Saweryn and Associados – Auditores Independentes office. He is currently president of the 6th IBRACON Regional Section (Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil), where he has also given lectures and courses in the areas of auditing and consulting.
Mozart Labissevcki Belmonte
Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), has been working with auditing for over 12 years, also having extensive work experience in the area of internal audit. Member of the Independent Audit Committee of CRCRS.
